To describe a nonlinear ultrasonic wave in semiconductor with charged dislocations, an evolution equation is obtained that generalizes the well-known equations of dynamics: Burgers and Korteweg de Vries. By method truncated decompositions, exact analytical solution kink profile has been found. The kind (increasing, decreasing) its polarity depend on values parameters their signs.
